Ingredients
12 fresh jalapenos, seeded and diced in to 1/4"
3 pounds porke loin or tenderloin, cut into 1/2" cubes
6 large garlic cloves, crushed
1 cube beef bouillon
1/2 teaspoon cumin or to taste
1 bottle beer
3-inch strip of orange peel
1 teaspoon salt
Avocado slices and sour cream for garnish
Preparation
- Presoak the clay pot for 15 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients except garnish together in the pot.
- Place the pot in a cold oven and set the temperature at 450.
- Cook for 90 minutes.
- Serve in soup bowls with sliced avocado and sour cream.
