1 tsp olive oil
1 cup sliced onion
1 large apple thinly sliced tossed with lime juice
1 cup spinach
4 oz low fat swiss (4 slices)
8 slices sourdough
Preparation
carmelize onions in oil. Assemble sandwhiches with 2 tbsp onions, 4 spinach leaves, 1 slice of cheese and 3 pieces of apple.
