Ingredients
2 pkgs lemon jello
2 pkgs lime jello
small marshmallows
cream cheese
crushed pineapple
miracle whip salad dressing
heavy cream
Preparation
Take 1 pkg lemon jello dissolved in 1 cup hot water then put this in double boiler with 1/2 cup of small marshmallows. Dissolve marshmallows. Remove from heat. Beat in 8 oz pkg of cream cheese. Add 1/2 cup of undrained crushed pineapple. Once cooled add 1/2 cup of Miracle Whip salad dressing and 1 cup of heavy cream (whipped), this is used for the center layer. For the bottom layer use the lime jello. Use a 12 x 8.5 dish.
