Ingredients

Butter size of an egg

1/2 cp sugar

1cp sifted flour

2 tesp baking pwdr

1/4 tesp salt

1/2 cp milk

2 can of any fruit

more sugar if wanted 1/2 or 1/4 cp

depends on fruit syrup/juice flavor

1 cp fruit juice

Preparation

cream together butter and sugar till fluffy stir sifted dry alternating with milk beat till smooth pour into a two qt casserole dish spoon fruit over batter sprinkle 1/4 or 1/2 cp sugar pour juice over top and bake 45 -50 min @ 375 serve with whipped cream or ice cream or cream
