Ingredients

4 cups flour

2 tbsp. sugar

2 tsp. salt

1 cup shortening

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat in shortening until mixture resembles course crumbs. Combine eggs and milk. Add to flour mixture all at once. Stir until dough follows fork around bowl. Flour board. Knead approx. 20 strokes. Roll 3/4 inch thick. Put on sheet, bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes.
