Ingredients

1 pound can Red Sockeye Salmon

2 eggs, separated

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons finely chopped onions

2 tablespoons corn flakes

Preparation

Remove bones and skin from salmon. Add egg yolks, melted butter, sour cream and onions. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold egg whites into salmon mixture. Turn into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle corn flakes over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
