Ingredients

14 small new red potatoes

6 hardboiled eggs

2 medium scallions (green onions), thinly sliced

3 T. fresh dill, chopped

2 T. fresh parsley, chopped

½ T. caraway seeds

½ t. salt

½ t. ground pepper

¾ c. sour cream

¾ c. mayo

Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender (but not falling apart). Drain, cool, and slice. Chop eggs. Combine eggs, potatoes, and green onion in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream and mayo. Mix sour cream and mayo, and fold into potato mixture.
