Ingredients
1 14.5-ounce box of Ritz crackers (regular or reduced fat)
1 40-ounce jar peanut butter (regular or reduced fat)
2 16-ounce packages Candiquik Candy Coating - Vanilla Flavored
Half Pecans (optional)
Preparation
Layer some peanut butter between two Ritz crackers making a sandwich. Once all the sandwiches are assembled, melt the candy coating in the microwave per package directions. Once melted, dip the crackers, turning with a fork, to completely coat. Lay on wax paper to harden. You can press a half pecan in the top for garnish while coating still soft, if desired. You can place them in the refrigerator or freezer to speed up the hardening process if desired.
