50 scrubbed topneck clams
(serves four appetizer portions)
Preparation
Pre-heat gas grill to high. Scrub topneck clams thoroughly and pat dry. Place on hot grill using long tongs and close grill cover. Check after 3-5 minutes and start turning clams for uniform cooking. Cover again and check after 3-5 more minutes. Once clams begin to open, serve immediately and enjoy with ice cold beer.
