Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef

2 lbs ground pork

3 lg eggs, lightly beaten

2 cups parmesan, finely grated

1 cup bread crumbs

1 1/2 lg onions, finely grated

3 cloves garlic, finely grated

1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tsp salt

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
  • Mix all ingredients in large bowl taking care to evenly disburse seasonings.
  • Use tablespoon to make meatballs.
  • Place meatballs on baking sheet or rack on baking sheet to drain fat while baking.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
