Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup milk

1 T. parsley

1 t. salt

1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce

1/8 t. pepper

1 egg

1/4 cup shortening

1 jar (10 oz) grape jelly

1 bottle chili sauce

Preparation

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, parsley, salt, worcestershire sauce, pepper and egg. Shape into 1 inch balls. Cook meatballs in shortening in a skillet until brown. Drain off fat. Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet or crockpot until jelly is melted. Add meatballs, stir and coat. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve hot with toothpicks.
