Ingredients
1 14oz package sweetened shredded coconut
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup plus 2 T butter softened
1 1/4 t almond extract
chocolate chips, either milk or dark, melted
Preparation
Mix coconut, milk, 1/4 cup butter and almond extract. Coat hands with butter. Form the coconut mixture into 1" balls with hands. Place on wax paper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour Drop into melted chocolate and coat. Lay bon bons on wax paper to harden.
