Ingredients

2 1/4 c flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 c butter, room temp

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp vailla extract

1 lg egg

1 1/2 c coconut

1 c chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven 325, grease cookie sheets Combine flour & baking soda. Cream butter, sugar & vanilla until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix until combined. Add dry ingredients on low spend until blended. Fold in coconut and chocolate chips. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons 2 inches apart, then flatten. Bake 20-25 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
