Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 of a 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
Combine cake mix, butter, and eggs.
Combine milk and coconut. Place in freezer and place cookie dough in fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350. Spoon cookie dough on baking sheet. Top with slightly smaller scoop of coconut. Top with another scoop of cookie dough, using a spoon to seal up any coconut hanging out.
Bake 14 minutes.
