Ingredients
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
12 large eggs
1 can grated coconut with syrup (~2lb)
1 T. vanilla extract
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 280 F
- Stir all ingredients together by hand
- Generously butter bottom and sides of 13x9x2 glass dish. Pour mixture in.
- Bake for 35 minutes
- Turn oven up to 350 F and bake for another 40 minutes, or until you see top and sides are brown.
- Turn oven off and let rest for a few minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool and enjoy!
