Ingredients

2 cans sweetened condensed milk

12 large eggs

1 can grated coconut with syrup (~2lb)

1 T. vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 280 F
  2. Stir all ingredients together by hand
  3. Generously butter bottom and sides of 13x9x2 glass dish. Pour mixture in.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes
  5. Turn oven up to 350 F and bake for another 40 minutes, or until you see top and sides are brown.
  6. Turn oven off and let rest for a few minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool and enjoy!
