                        roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Dough

cup all-purpose flour

1

tablespoon grated lime peel

1 1/4

cups powdered sugar

2

tablespoons fresh lime juice

1

cup sweetened flaked coconut

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, break up cookie dough. Knead in flour and lime peel until well blended. (DO NOT EAT RAW COOKIE DOUGH AFTER COMBINING WITH FLOUR.)

Shape dough into 1-inch balls. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls 2 inches apart.

Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until set and edges are lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely.

In small bowl, mix powdered sugar and lime juice. Spread glaze over each cookie; immediately sprinkle with coconut, shaking off excess. Let stand until set.
