Ingredients

2 & 2/3 cups coconut

2/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt

4 egg whites

1 tsp almond extract

1 cup chopped almonds

Preparation

Combine coconut, sugar, flour, salt, stir in egg whites, almond extract, stir in almonds. Grease baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes at 350.
