Ingredients
2 cups oats
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/8 cup coconut oil
1/8 cup vegetable oil
1/8 cup maple syrup
1/8 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon or so ground cardamom
Preparation
Mix together oats, coconut flakes and pecans.
In a saucepan over low heat stir together coconut oil, vegetable oil, maple syrup, honey and cardamom.
Pour sweet oil mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
Spread mixture out on greased baking sheet and cook at 350 until toasted, about 30 minutes.
