Ingredients

1 Cup Evaporated Milk

1 Cup Sugar

3 Egg Yolks

1 Stick Butter

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

1 1//3 Cups Flaked Coconut

1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Preparation

In a large sauce pan, mix evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla. Cook over medium heat for 12 minutes or until thick. Add coconut and pecans. Beat until spreadable consistency.
