Ingredients
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine evaporated milk, sugar, butter, egg and salt. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, coconut and pecans.
