Ingredients

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup margarine

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup flaked coconut

3/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs. Add sugar, butter, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in coconut and pecans. Pour into 9" pie shell. Bake 45-50 min. Cool completely and store in fridge.
