Ingredients
1 Can of Coconut Milk
2 Cans of water
1 ½ Cans of rice
Preparation
- Pour a can of Coconut Milk, two canfuls of water, some butter and a little salt into a pot. (2 parts liquid and 1 part rice).
- Bring the water and Coconut to a boil.
- Add 1 ½ canfuls of rice (brown or Basmati rice are especially good).
- Bring the rice to a boil again stirring occasionally.
- Cut the heat down to low and cover the rice for about 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
