Ingredients
1 small piece of fresh ginger
1 small onion chopped
5 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can coconut milk
1 large hot pepper or 2 small red pepper
1 lb shrimp
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients except shrimp to pot on high heat until boiling.
- Cook down broth and then add shrimp.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked.
