Ingredients
1 cup Pearl Tapioca
1 cup Sugar
1-1/3 Cup Coconut milk
1/4 tsp Salt
sliced / mashed fruit toping
mango, banana, or strawberries
Preparation
In a 4 quart bring 4 cups of water to a boil and slowly add tapioca. stir occasionally reduce heat and cook until transparent add sugar add coconut milk spoon into bowls chill add fruit befor serving
