Ingredients
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup shredded coconut
14 teaspoons softened butter
3 cups oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 egg
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend sugar and butter together.
- Add vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon and egg.
- Blend well.
- Add white chocolate chips, cranberries, shredded coconut and oats; Fold in.
- Drop mixture on un-greased cookie sheet in i tablespoon spoonfuls.
- Bake 8-10 minutes.
- Take out and let cool.
