Ingredients
1 lb cod
1 tsp salt
1/4-1/2 c cream
2 Tbs potato flour or corn starch
1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
Preparation
Cube frozen cod into 1/2 inch pieces. Using a food processor add the cod pieces, salt, potato flour and ground nutmeg. Add half of the cream, and using quick pulses process the cod. If it is too thick add additional cream. If you want it course process it briefly.
Form patties with clean hands. If you wish coat each patty with bread crumbs.
Fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side.
