4 cod fillets

2 tbsp oil

Juice of 2 lemons

Salt

115g Gruyere cheese

4 tbsp breadcrumbs

4 tbsp creme fraiche

2 tsp lazy garlic

Preparation

Method;

* Preheat the oven to 200C, oil and a baking tray and place the fillets in it, season with salt

* Mix the oil, cheese, breadcrubs, creme fraiche, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl, sprinkle in some salt and spread evenly over the fillets.

* Bake for 15-20 mins.
