Ingredients

1 tbsp chopped garlic

2 tbsp olive oil

3 or 4 fresh tomatoes chopped

1 cup chopped mushrooms

Salt and pepper

Parsley

Rosemary

Oregano

2 tbsp butter

1 -2 cups plain bread crumbs

6 cod fish fillets

Preparation

In a pan sauté olive oil and garlic. Then add chopped tomatoes and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, and parsley. Finish cooking and put aside. Season bread crumbs with rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper and butter. Lay cod flat and season both ends with a bit of salt and pepper. Top first with the tomato and mushrooms you sautéed, then top again with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
