Ingredients
2 cups milk, steamed
1/4 cup cold milk
1 cup espresso
Preparation
Heat 2 cups milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat until milk is steaming.
Using a frother, whip 1/4 cup cold milk until foamy
Divide 1 cup espresso between two tall heat-proof glasses. Divide warmed milk between glasses. Spoon milk foam on top to taste.
