Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup brandy
6 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine orange juice and brandy in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minuties until mixture is reduced by 1/3, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and whisk in butter to thicken. Add salt and papper to taste.
Boil ravioli for 4 minutes. Drain. Serve with sauce.
