Ingredients

10 lbs baby back ribs

2 gallons cola drink

1 can crushed pinapple

1 cup soy sauce

1 head garlic crushed

1 cup honey

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp minced ginger root

1 tsp mustard powder

1 tsp onion powder

Preparation

bring cola and contents of pinapple can to a boil in a large pot - add ribs. Boil for 5 min - remove ribs. Heat BBQ to max temp. Place ribs on tinfoil on grill; reduce heat to low indirect heat (1/2 of BBQ off; !/2 BBQ on low). Combine remaining ingredients. Every 1/2 hour baste ribs with sauce. Cook for 2 hours. Enjoy!
