Ingredients

1 lb green beans

2 small cans garbanzo beans

1 can wax beans

4 cloves garlic

3:1 ratio pumpkin seed oil to champagne vinegar

brown sugar to sweeten to taste for vinegrette

1/2 cup slivered almonds

salt and pepper

Preparation

poach beans until slightly tender…add wax and garbonzo beans…..whisk together vinegrette with garlic and salt and pepper…toss with beans and almonds and chill……
