Ingredients
9 C cold water
11 oz. (1 can) ground coffee
Preparation
- In a large glass measuring cup or container, pour water over the coffee grounds.
- Stir to wet all grounds. do not stir again.
- Cover and let stand at room temperature for 12-15 hrs.
- Filter through a fine mesh strainer.
- Store concentrate in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze.
