Ingredients

1 package dry potatoe soup mix

2-3 fresh leek white part only. Ipint cream

1pint half and half

2 bunches green onions

1 stick butter 1 pint whole lump crabmeat

Preparation

Saute green onions and boiled chopped leeks in butter. Pureee in blender. Return to pot and add soup mix along with cream and half and half. When throughtly mixed add crabmeat and remove from stove. Salt , Pepper . Black and Cayenne. Garnish with Cilantro or parsley after chilled. Serve cold.
