Ingredients
1 lb. linguine, cooked
16 scallions - cut up
3 carrots, coarsely grated
cherry tomatoes
3 broccoli florets, steamed
3 red and 3 green peppers-broiled and skinned
Pea Pods, stringbeans, mushrooms black olives - any vegetables u want
Dressing: 1 c. safflower oil
1 c, soy sauce
Juice of 4 lemons
4cloves mashed garlic
few drops tabasco sauce
1 cup or moreToasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Put all dressing ingredients in blender. Cook and drain linguine add dresssing and vegetables of your choice.Toast sesame seeds and sprinkle overtop. Cover with saran and refrigerate overnight. Can be prepared 3 or 4 days ahead.
