Ingredients

½ chicken breast

1 lb thin spaghetti (capellini or angel hair)

1 tsp. Sesame oil

Sauce:

¼ cup sesame paste or tahini

2 Tbs sesame oil

6 Tbs soy sauce

6 Tbs red wine vinegar

3 tsp sugar

6 Tbs brewed tea

2 Tbs hot oil

¼ cup peanut oil

2 Tbs chopped garlic

chopped scallions

Preparation

Cook, cool and shred chicken. Dissolve tahini in hot tea and add rest of sauce ingredients. Cook pasta, toss with sesame oil and immediately add sauce. Garnish with scallions and chicken.
