Ingredients

1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup freshly brewed tea

4 T chili oil

2 T sugar

1/2 cup sesame oil

3/4 cup light soy sauce

2 T finely minced garlic

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

6 T black rice vinegar

1 cup finely chopped scallions

lots of fresh pepper

6-10 chicken breasts, boiled, skinned, boned and chopped

4 lbs pasta (chinese style if available)

Preparation

  1. Combine tahini and peanut butter. Beat with wire whist and gradually add tea. Stir until smooth.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients except scallions, chicken and pasta. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

  3. Stir in scallions, chicken and pasta.
