Ingredients

1/2 lb spaghetti

sauce:

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

1 1/2 tsp chile garlic paste

1 1/2 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp sugar

thin with 1/3 cup water

Preparation

cook noodle and rinse with cold water. toss sauce with pasta and thin with water if needed. Serve topped with shredded bok choy and carrots and chopped peanuts.
