Ingredients

1 red pepper diced

1 yellow pepper diced

1/2 onion diced

2 chopped green onions

1 clove garlic diced

1 lb peeled deveined shrimp

1/2 lb ditalini pasta cooked and drained

For Dressing:

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

3 green onions chopped

Seansonings:

salt and pepper

garlic salt

cayenne pepper

red pepper flakes

Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients. Saute the shrimp with a little garlic salt, pinch of cayenne pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. When cool, chop the shrimp and add to the mix. Add cooled pasta and mix all ingredients together. Combine the oil, vinegar and green onions. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. YUM!!
