Ingredients
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
6 Tbs. Sugar
3 Tbs. Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup Canola Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
4 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 Cup Half and Half or evaporated milk
1/4 tsp of each of the following:
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Dry Mustard
Celery Salt
Black Pepper
Preparation
Mix in a blender. Makes 1 quart. 2 cups dressing to 4 cups shredded cabbage.
Keeps very well in the refrigerator.
