Ingredients
1 head cabbage, chpd fine
1 onion thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 carrot, finely shredded
3/4 C sugar
1 C vinegar
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp salt
3/4 C wesson oil
1 T. dry mustard
2 T. sugar
Preparation
place vegetables in bowl and cover with 3/4 C sugar.
Mix in saucepan remaining ingred. Boil then pour over vegetables. Mix and cover. Chill in refrig. 3 to 4 hours
