Ingredients

1 head cabbage, finely chpd

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 green pepper, thinly sliced

1 carrot, finely shredded

3/4 C Sugar

1 C Vinegar

1 tsp celery seed

1 T. salt

3/4 C wesson oil

1 T dry mustard

2 T sugar

Preparation

Place vegetables in bowl and cover with 3/4 C sugar. Cover

Mix remaining ingrd. in saucepan. Bring to boil and pour over cabbage. Mix and cover. Chill in refrid. 3 to 4 hours
