Ingredients
1/3 cup mayo
1 T white wine vinegar
1 T buttermilk
1/2 T sugar
1 tsp Dijon
~4 c finely cut cabbage
1 medium carrot coarsely shredded
Preparation
Combine dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add cabbage and carrot and mix well. May be made up to 4 hours ahead of time if covered and refrigerated.
