Ingredients
10 cups cabbage, vegetables, fruit of choice, shredded
5 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1-2 Tbs light brown sugar
3 Tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp celery seed
(optional white onion, carrot, shredded vegetables, chopped fresh and dry fruits, nuts)
Preparation
Whisk together vinegar, dry mustard, celery seed, brown sugar until sugar dissolves, add oil; drizzle over cabbage/shredded ingredients
Season with salt and pepper
Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
