Ingredients

10 cups cabbage, vegetables, fruit of choice, shredded

5 Tbs apple cider vinegar

1-2 Tbs light brown sugar

3 Tbs olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp celery seed

(optional white onion, carrot, shredded vegetables, chopped fresh and dry fruits, nuts)

Preparation

  1. Whisk together vinegar, dry mustard, celery seed, brown sugar until sugar dissolves, add oil; drizzle over cabbage/shredded ingredients

  2. Season with salt and pepper

Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
