Ingredients
1 large carrot peeled and grated
1 large parsnip peeled and grated
1 c shredded red cabbage
1 cup of assorted greens ie) kale argula
Dressing
1 orange,peeled and cut into 4 wedges
1/2 c cold pressed olive oil
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp maple syrup
1 pinch oink Himalayan sea salt
Preparation
Blend all ingred in a blender until creamy and mix into slaw
