Ingredients
½ medium red cabbage head
½ medium white cabbage head
1 red pepper
2 carrots
1 tbl caraway seeds
sauce:
½ cup mayo
1 tbl white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worchester sauce (or Pickapeppa sauce)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Preparation
Shred cabbages Grate carrots coarsely Core and Julienne pepper
Toss into a bowl with caraway seeds Mix the sauce together and toss with the slaw
