Ingredients

1/3 Cup light sour cream

3 TBSP white wine vinegar

3 TBSP light mayonnaise

1/4 Cup chopped onion

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp cumin, caraway or fennel seeds lightly crushed

1 tsp grated fresh orange peel

1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 medium head of cabbage thinly sliced

Preparation

  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients except the cabbage in a large bowl

  2. Add the cabbage and turn to coat. The slaw can be served immediately for a crunchy salad or cover and refrigerate 1 to 4 hours
