Ingredients

16 oz. Bag of Collard Greens

3 Cups of Water

1 Ham Hock / or Salted Pork (chunk)

1/4 Cup Sugar (Any White or Brown)

3 Tablesppons Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Black Pepper

Preparation

  1. In Big Silver Pot, combined Greens, Pork, and Water / add in Sugar, Olive Oil to a Boil for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut Heat Down to #5 for 30 minutes.
  3. Add Black Pepper (to taste). If Tough or Bitter then cook longer.
