Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger

16 oz. tomato sauce

1 c. cottage cheese

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/4 c. sour cream

1/2 c. green pepper, diced

1/2 c. green onions, sliced

8 oz. noodles

1/2 lb. ground beef

Preparation

Brown hamburger; add tomato paste and cook down. Mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and green onions. Cook noodles. Spray 9" x 13" pan (8" sqaure pan if making 1/2 recipe) with PAM. Spread 1/2 of noodles into pan. Cover with cheese. Cover with remaining noodles. Spread hamburger over the top layer of noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
