Ingredients

5-14 lb. ham

1 12oz beer

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup Dijon mustard

Preparation

Place ham in roaster. reserve 1/4 cup beer. Pour remaining beer over ham and roast at 325. With approx. 45 minutes left in roasting time, combine remaining beer, brown sugar and mustard in sauce pan. Heat until smooth. Baste ham frequently for remaining 45 minutes. Let rest before slicing.
